He start her own company with his brother and Iwerks, and they start to make news films and comedies with Alicia, also they created a news cartoons like Mickey Mouse, it says that the idea to that name he gave his wife. 

In 1932, Disney received a special Academy Award for the creation of "Mickey Mouse".
To make Disneyland Disney drew sketches of his ideas for anamusement park where he envisioned his employees spending time with their children.
